Apartments Location in the Park


In the park there are four apartment buildings that are owned by Ciudad Patricia Apartments : Elisa, Flora, Gardenia and Hortensia. Each building has its advantages:
Elisa is located in the center of the park and is surrounded by green areas overlooking one of the pools.
Flora is located in the highest part and therefore offers beautiful views over the valley.
Gardenia is located in the lower part and therefore access is perfect for people with less mobility. In addition, Gardenia is located very close to the central building.
Also Hortensia has very good access and also has views over the always dynamic city of Benidorm.

The other apartment buildings are from ISFAS (Spanish Ministry of Defense) that uses the apartments for short vacation periods for the retired people of the Ministry.
